Traduzione
I stopped in late in the evening, when other businesses had already closed their shutters, and I ordered 2 kebabs "espresso", starting from the bread that I saw being baked and cooked, during the preparation I asked to omit onion and yogurt which usually contains garlic in addition to the spices but the owner reassured me that in addition to very fragrant green chillies and fresh mint it contained nothing else. I must say that the late dinner turned out to be satisfying and not at all heavy.
